OVC Owner

The OVC owner manages the OVC resources and needs register the resources on the blockchain so that DNet owners can subscribe OVC services. Thus, the OVC owner needs to perform both read and write operations on the OVC records on DNetDB.

After OVC owner reseives payment from DNet owner, the OVC owner approves the ovc use by dnet. A planned feature is that OVC owner attachs a smart contract to its ovc resource as a subsription service offering. The payment currency in the smart contract is the DNet Token. Who ever subsrcibes to the ovc services will automatically be deducted the amount of token per the smart contract.
